Background

Life experiences may cause us to stumble, but what truly matters is how we bounce back from our trials, setbacks, and heartbreaks. It is not the fall that defines us, but our determination to rise and move forward. As Clinical Director, Britni focuses on providing high-quality clinical leadership, empowering practitioners, and ensuring compassionate, evidence-based care across all client services.

By fostering a trusting, compassionate, and supportive environment, she empowers clients to explore their life experiences and cultivate healthy relationships with themselves and others.

Recovery is a collaborative journey centered on understanding the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together at Royce Recovery, we explore patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking, build healthier coping strategies, and develop practical skills for lasting growth. Ultimately, clients learn that while they cannot control every circumstance, they hold the power to choose how they interpret and respond to the world around them.

Britni is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). She earned her Master of Science in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman’s University and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University. Her diverse clinical experience spans non-profit organizations, private practice, domestic violence agencies, and both outpatient and residential treatment facilities.

A Dallas, Texas native, Britni resides with her husband, two sons, and their labradoodle, Legend.
